HIM 1001 - Intro to Medical Terminology Description A presentation of how medical terms are formed from root words, prefixes, suffixes and combining forms; exploration of rules of pronunciation and spelling; use of drawings, diagrams and definitions that will relate human anatomy to medical terminology.
Pre-Requisite Completion of MATH 1203 or MATH 1203R with a grade greater than or equal to C, or placement test scores greater than or equal to College Algebra.
