Nursing AAS - Option LPN to RN Bridge Online - Advising Sheet

68 Credit Hours

Application for admission to the professional curriculum is available as follows: LPN to RN, Aug. 1 - Sept. 1 every year. Students accepted begin the following spring semester.

 

Clinical placement is subject to criminal background check, drug screening and other clinical facility policies.

Anatomy and Physiology I and II and College Algebra must be current within 5 years. A College Algebra CLEP exam is an option as well

Students who possess a valid LPN License will receive 6 hours of Prior Learning Credit for the following classes:
